Spa bathroom remodeling

Spa Bathroom Remodels in DFW — Designed for How You Actually Unwind

Steam showers, freestanding soaking tubs, heated floors, layered lighting, and full-slab stone. Primary bath renovations built for daily use, not just for photos.

A spa bathroom isn't a look — it's how the room works when you use it every day. The shower has enough space and enough pressure. The tub is a place you actually get into, not a display. The floor is warm in January. The lighting has a scene for 6 a.m. and a different one for 10 p.m. The stone is easy to clean because you don't have to think about it.

We design and build spa-style primary baths across DFW — Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Keller, and beyond — with the mechanical work (steam generators, waterproofing, exhaust, radiant heat) done properly under the finishes.

Steam showers

Fully-sealed steam-rated enclosures, generator sizing, proper drainage, benches, aromatherapy ports, and control integration.

Freestanding soaking tubs

Dedicated slab, filler placement, cold-water balancing, and a landing that visually anchors the room — not an afterthought.

Heated tile floors

In-floor electric radiant under stone or porcelain, zoned to the vanity and shower area with a programmable thermostat.

Full-slab stone walls

Bookmatched quartzite, marble, or porcelain slabs on shower walls and tub surrounds — fewer grout lines, easier to clean, more dramatic.

Mood + task lighting

Layered scenes — vanity task lighting, warm ambient, dimmable niche and toe-kick lighting, and skylights where the roofline allows.

Body sprays + rainheads

Thermostatic valves, proper GPM budgeting for the water heater, and shower controls that make sense on the first try.

The mechanical work is what makes it a spa

A steam shower is only a steam shower if the enclosure is truly sealed — vapor-tight ceiling, proper slope, sealed door, generator sized to the cubic footage. A freestanding tub only fills fast enough if the supply lines and water heater are matched to the spout GPM. Radiant floors only feel right if the thermostat is placed where the room actually gets used.

These aren't upgrades you add at the end — they're planned before demo. That's the reason we run design and construction under one team.
